Love All of Yourself

Bring your focus back to this moment. How are you feeling? What have been the thoughts in your head over the last few minutes? What do you sense in your body? Is there a center of tension or pain? Let that part of your body speak to you. What message is there? Just relax and ask your neck, or knee or stomach "how can I help you?" You will receive a wise reply. Love all of yourself, pain and doubt included.
