However you choose to live your life, do it with love and compassion for your own struggles and the struggles of others. Do it in the knowledge that you are exactly where you are meant to be. You are on the right path, the only path. Everything in your experience is leading one way and one way only, to enlightenment. Choose a loving, relaxed approach to life, and then whatever you are doing will be blessed and blossoming. Attaching to negativity only makes you unhappy. It only makes the journey slower. It does not mean you are not on the road to enlightenment, it just means you are not enjoying it. Why not relax and enjoy the road? See how beautiful everything is, including you yourself. How beautiful!

Here's how it will be when you accept everything just as it is. You will realize that the war is over. You will celebrate what you've come through. You will relax and enjoy the wonders around you and within you. You will then be a calm, loving presence in your own life and in the lives of others. From that calm, loving place, all your decisions will come naturally and be for your highest good. Everything is fine. You are fine. Relax. Now what?

When there is action, intention is important. Be sure you are intending only good. Be sure you are acting from heart-space. For example, when confronting a friend, you are best served when the intention is merely to express your feelings, with no attachment to any particular outcome. When what you intend is to hurt your friend, or to manipulate him, you will not be served. On the other hand, without action, intention is of limited value. At the physical level, intending to do something and not doing it are the same thing. By all means, spend time on your intentions, but also bring direct action to accomplish what you want.
You are not the roles you take on, you are not Wife Mother Daughter Healer -- those are just things you do. If you over-identify with any of them, you limit yourself and stress yourself. Identifying with the role makes you think THAT'S why you are worthy, when actually, you are eternal, limitless, and worthy just because. You play your roles beautifully when you recognize that you are the awareness behind those roles, that good works come out of your connection to your essential worth, not the other way around.
