Allow Your Loving Self To Be In Charge

Allow your own best self to be present in any situation. Forgive and give love to the parts of you that misbehave. That's just your anxiety or hurt or anger talking. Listen for your loving self to speak. Allow your loving self to be in charge. Check in with your heart. The reward will be immediate in your calming body and smiling face. You will also soften the response of any one else around you. Allow the energy you add to a room to be calm, accepting, appreciative and loving.
