Imagine the Light

Out of the shadows comes the light. It's always darkest before the dawn. Very true. If you find yourself in the shadows, if you find it dark all around you, please know the light is waiting for you. The light is just around the corner. Because, in truth, the light is within you and only waiting for your attention. Imagine a tiny glow at the center of your body. Watch as the light begins to grow, slowly and surely, until you are filled with it. Then imagine the light pouring out from your body in all directions, illuminating the space around you. Watch as it spreads to envelop the room you are in, the building. Allow it to expand to fill and surround your city, your planet, your entire universe. Blessings to you.
