Be the Story of Bliss

Notice when you are feeling better after having been unhappy or stressed out. What has really changed? Probably nothing much. That's because your mood is not dependent on outside events, but on the story that you tell yourself about those events: what you think it means that such and such has happened, more particularly, what you think it means about you or your safety or your ability to be loved. So change the story! Because the truth is you are always loved, you are always safe, you are always beautiful and wise, you are always forgiven, you are always free. Be an embodiment of that knowledge. With your actions, be an inspiration to others. Be free. Be an expression of that love that is you. Be the story of bliss.
