We have enjoyed watching Kathie on her vacation. She has enjoyed herself and felt very happy and relaxed. She has also been stressed, and has not always behaved well. But we are smiling on her all the same. We are smiling on her no matter what she is doing or how she is behaving. She is our precious child. As are all of you. You are all our precious children, and sometimes you are happy, sometimes sad. Sometimes you behave admirably, sometimes you are hurtful to others. No matter, it is all part of the process, all part of your growth, all part of your journey to bliss. Bless each moment. Each and every moment, bless.

Always remember that you are here to experience the physical life. Take pleasure in the sun, the rain, the wind. Take pleasure in food and drink. Take pleasure in moving and pampering your beautiful body. Enjoy what is unique about life in the physical realm. Live it up!

We in spirit wonder sometimes why you make things so hard for yourselves, both personally and globally. But of course, when we are in human form, we are doing the same things. It is a given that in the physical world, there is laughter, there is sadness, there is good fortune, there is ill-luck, there is peace and there is dis-ease. Only focus on the stirrings in your heart, the feelings of desire, of generosity, of love. Remind yourselves it's all part of the journey. Give your prayers for tranquillity and contentment, prosperity and good will, love and compassion. What you concentrate on, you will conjure up. Bless those in struggle, and bless your own dear self.

Imagine waking up in the morning fully aware of your beauty and wisdom. Imagine waking up each day with a sure sense of your own eternal nature. How would you begin your day with this knowledge at the forefront? How would you move through it? How would your perceptions and reactions differ from your typical day without that conscious knowledge? Just imagine. That's a good beginning.
