Release Expectation

Nothing is a problem until you label it so. Nothing need cause anxiety. You simply have a situation, a current set of circumstances. Look at what is going on around you objectively, and then choose your best action. "This is what's happening. What can I do in this moment to make my life good?" Once you've taken action, let it go. Give it back to the universe, and go about your day lighthearted. Stop waiting for other people to act differently. Relax judgment. Release expectation.
