An Open and Loving Heart

Annoyance. What can be done about it? Speak up. Let it go. The same is true of frustration, envy, anger, resentment, jealousy -- all the uncomfortable emotions. If there is action that can be taken, take action. Make sure you are acting in a calm and deliberative manner, with an open and loving heart. Once you have done all you can do, let it go. Let it go. Let it go. Accept the other person's response or lack of response. Accept your friend or partner or family member exactly as she is, and concentrate on the good in the relationship. If you can't go on with the situation as it stands, in full acceptance, then move on. Don't hold on to the negative emotion. It is doing you no good if you are simply clinging to it in self-righteousness, waiting for someone else to change. Release.
