Honor All Your Feelings

Sadness is nothing to be afraid of. Allow your sadness to inform you. Take a quiet moment to let it speak. Cradle it as you would a tiny child, with love and attention. Listen. When you know what is at its root, then you will be able to release it and move on to a brighter mood. Honor all your feelings. They are true and valid. And when acknowledged, will pass.
