Release Anger

It's a simple idea: release anger. And yet for most of you it is not easy. It is a simple thought: love and accept one another. And yet most of you fail to some degree every day. If you are angry at someone, try releasing. If you just can't seem to because not being angry at that person is frightening or "feels wrong," just try being curious about the idea. "What would it be like if I were to release the anger I am feeling?" Here's where all your stories will come up. Your bogus "if-thens." Question everything that gets in the way of release. Detach from all the stories you have made up about what you are feeling. When you release the anger, you will feel better, body, mind and spirit. And you will once again be on the side of light.
