Be Discerning in What You Choose to Believe

Listen and learn. Listen and discern. It is always good to listen to others -- teachers, parents, experts, doctors, philosophers, theologians, gurus, -- but you must be discerning about what you hear. You must decide for yourself. The same is true of your own thoughts and feelings. Listen for the information there, but decide in your higher consciousness what is valid, what is real, what is worth your time and energy. Most thoughts and emotions are fleeting and of no lasting value. Just listen and put energy into the ones that make you feel stronger, more alive, and more loving and giving. Be discerning in what you choose believe.
