Release, Release, Release, Release, Release!

Release, release, release, release, release. Release grudges and regrets. Release attachment to others' behavior, release the "shoulds" and "have-tos" and "can'ts" in your mind and your vocabulary. Release anxiety. For your happiness and satisfaction, RELEASE ANXIETY. Release all those stories you tell yourself about who you are, what you ought to be doing, what somebody else owes you. Liberate yourself from judgment and criticism. Release, release, release, release!
