Appreciate the Good

Not channeling the message today. I (Kathie) want to pass along one of the many wonderful things I heard at the Abraham-Hicks workshop last Saturday. When you focus on gratitude, you are still giving energy to the negative thing you are grateful is not there. For example, if you say "I am grateful for my house," you are acknowledging that there is a real possibility that you could be homeless. How much more powerful it feels to say, "I so appreciate my house!" This distinction makes a lot of sense to me. I'm going to start working on consciously appreciating, rather than being grateful for, the good in my life.
