Create Happiness

Believe in the truth of this: you are always able to create happiness in any particular moment of the day, no matter what is going on around you. It's always possible to find your way back to feeling good. "Oh well, that happened. What's next? What amuses me now? What gives me pleasure? What makes me laugh?" Every moment offers the opportunity to release any tension or anxiety, any negative thoughts, any unhealthy attachment to emotion. Begin by noticing, checking in with yourself. Then, whatever you are thinking or feeling that causes dis-ease, release it. Give it to the light. Find joy and appreciation, peace and generosity, comfort and stability. It's all inside of you.
