A Place of Rest

Believe in your own truth. Stop and listen. What are you thinking and feeling? What is your body telling you? Listen with your heart open and your mind free from doubt. When you step outside of the thinking and feeling long enough to notice it, then you can recognize the stories that are driving your anxiety. Let go of the stories. Look on your negative thoughts and feelings as if they were hurt children, and you will find the compassion and love you need to detach from the sense that something is wrong. Everything is just as it is, and with acceptance you will find a place of rest in the present moment.
