Cry It Out

When you are sad, you must be sad. Allow the feelings to surface and don’t be afraid of them. Sadness and grief and joy and laughter are all close cousins. All your emotions are human and real and perfectly acceptable. When you are feeling sad, just feel sad. Allow the words to come up that go with the grief or sadness. You will find much information there. And when you are calmer, you can act. No need to cover up or run away from the feelings. They are true and real. They are a part of your human existence. They connect you with every other human. Cry it out. With tears comes release.
