Breathe and Love Yourself

When something happens that makes you angry, don't judge your anger harshly. At the same time, you mustn't think your anger justifies any action. Breathe and think before you act. Words cannot be unspoken. Whatever amends you make, some words and actions leave their mark. Allow the anger, and then give yourself some time to relax. From the relaxed posture, decide what, if anything, need be done. Your anger, like all emotions, is merely more information about what's going on in your world. It might inform your actions, but mustn't dictate them. Breathe and love yourself, and loving action will follow.
