Happiness Is Its Own Reward

Everywhere you look there is something to be unhappy about. But allowing the unhappiness does not help anyone, least of all you. Instead of noticing what makes you unhappy, look for the good, the inspirational, the charming and funny, the uplifting. Dwell on what makes you happy. It is its own reward.
