Focus on Life

We want you all to send your highest wishes and prayers to the people of Haiti. Do not pity them. Do not feel sorry for them. Do not blame them or yourselves or anyone else. Do not spend time and energy focusing on death and bereavement. Merely hold a vision of healing light around their tortured island and send what physical help you can. Allow your own grief to be lightened and transformed into healing, and add that healing to the light of the universe now surrounding those dear ones who are suffering. Love them as fellow humans, and focus on life.
