You Can Be Happy Now

If you will just give yourself the benefit of the doubt, you will see that changing how you feel is easier than you think. Changing your attitude about something is not so impossible. Try a "what if." "What if I didn't have a strong opinion about that? How would I feel?" You are beautiful. You are safe. You are just as important as every other person. You can be happy now. You can be happy now! You can be happy NOW!
