Name It

Wherever you are is fine. Whatever you are doing is fine. Whatever you are feeling and thinking is fine. Name it. Really, take a moment right now and name what you are feeling, thinking, doing, being. Do it without judgment or shame. Muster up the part of you that just notices. Just name it. That's the beginning of awareness, appreciation, change, love of others, and self-love. Good. Well-done. Now on to the next good thing.
