Change the Thoughts, Release the Pain

Below the misbehavior is pain. Below the depression is pain. Below the bad habit is pain. Attached to the pain are many thoughts. I am not good enough. I am not lovable. I am not deserving. I am not worthy. All these are false. Perhaps the behavior is not good enough, but it is the best you can manage in the moment. Change the thoughts, release the pain. Why not just be happy? You can do it.
