Love Your Whole Self

Your anxiety and anger trick you into believing that they are protecting you, when actually the opposite is true. When you are living in the state of anxiety or anger, your emotions are in charge one hundred percent. It is important to listen to your emotions. They are an important source of information about what’s going on for you. But it is equally important to listen to your intellect, and your body, and your higher self. When all these levels of experience inform your decisions, you are most likely to be moving in the right direction. Emotions are one version of the truth, but must be tempered with thought and gut sensation, as well as your spiritual core, in order to serve you well. Heart and head and body and spirit join in harmony for a peaceful and joyful, loving and productive life. Love all your experience. Love your whole self.
