Mindfulness
Where are you right now? Look around. Notice as much as you can about your surroundings. If you want, write down everything you see, hear, smell, taste and touch. Right now. Let random thoughts of elsewhere, of the past or the future, float in and out of your consciousness. No need to judge or attach to them. Simply turn your attention to right now. ... There, you have meditated. You have experienced mindfulness. It wasn't that hard, was it?
