Be Still
Notice the moments in your day that invite you to breathe and contemplate. There are many, if you will only notice. Meditation is not only for the yoga room. Still your body, close your eyes, breathe. That's all it takes. Every moment of such stillness is precious and increases the beautiful peaceful flow of your chi, and the world's. Take each opportunity for quiet you are given. Be still.
