When You Are Sad
When you are sad, cry. When you are sad, get support from someone who loves you. When you are sad, and no one is around, imagine being held in the arms of a perfectly loving and compassionate mother-being. Not your flawed and troubled earthly mother, but a mother of spirit, lovingly offering you her support, her acceptance and her divine feminine energy.
When you are anxious, breathe. When you are anxious, remind yourself that all is well and you are safe. When you are anxious, turn your attention away from your troubling thoughts and toward the world around you. When you are anxious, imagine being held by your spirit father, who guides and protects you. Not your angry, disappointed earthly father, but a divine masculine energy of safety and wisdom. All is well. You are safe. You are deeply and truly loved. The divine feminine and the divine masculine are in you and surrounding you. All is well.
