Look around you, wherever you are in any moment of the day, and find ten things you can enjoy, laugh at, appreciate, love. You might notice a lovely tree. You might love a person who has been good to you. You might enjoy the blessed interaction between a small child and her mother. You might smell a delicious meal. You might laugh at a puppy's antics. Wherever you are, whatever is going on, however much money you have, there are always people and things to appreciate and enjoy. Just look!
