Within You Is the Answer

Within you is the answer. Find whatever help you need to listen to your own wisdom. Many healing modalities are available to you. Any or all of them might be the ticket to greater life satisfaction, happier relationships, more fulfilling work, and your own personal, spiritual growth. Ask around. Find what works for you. Within you is the answer, and most people want to help you.

Be an Example

Be an example. Don't criticize others, just be an example. That's what works to change things. And you find that you are living your life in peace and contentment, without striving.

In the Flow

You have gifts to give. Never forget it. You are talented, loving and true. You might lose sight of it from time to time, but your special uniqueness never deserts you. Tune into what you are doing when you feel "in the flow." That will be a hint of your special gift. Yum.

Joyful Beingness

All we want to say to you is that you are precious to us and to yourselves. You are precious to each other, if you will only see it. You can choose how to live, how to think, how to breathe, even. Always choose from that preciousness, from the place of joyful beingness. All is well.

Your Inmost Voice

Whatever you do, don't give up your connection with your inmost self. When you are low, that inner voice will be a source of comfort and, yes, even joy. That inner voice is your essential, eternal, spiritual, loving being, connected to all that is. It's all you need to be completely happy. Tune in and relax.

Cry Like a Baby

If you feel like crying, let 'er rip. Cry, cry, cry. Cry like a baby. Cry it all out. Find the pain inside you and consciously watch it pour out with your tears. If you can, get someone to hold you or to pat your knee and say "There, there." Then wash your face and do the next good thing. Life is beautiful.
