Let us into your heart. From your heart, the answers will emerge. We are always going to listen to you and guide you. Go into your heart and hear the first answer. When you hear us, your body settles and relaxes. That's how you know you are with us. When you start second-guessing, then your body lets you know by feeling nervous and agitated. Feel the look on your face. When you are with us, you are relaxed. When you are in your anxiety, your brow is furrowed. When you hear us, you smile. When you hear us, your breathing slows and deepens. Go into your heart and listen. We are here.

The veil dissolves, and bliss is revealed.

Below the depths of your pain is the beauty of your redemption. Below the fear, you will find the blessings. Sink down into the pain and fear -- don't linger -- keep falling through and you will land softly in a cloud of bliss.

Meet Resistance with Love and Acceptance

The ones you love are able to love you in return only as much as their ability to love themselves. Do not meet resistance with anger. Allow your friends and family their own journeys through this life on earth. Meet resistance with love and acceptance, and your path will be smoother and more joyful. And maybe so will theirs.
