Life Is For You

Oh blessed ones, please allow yourselves to sing. Allow yourselves to rejoice with the wonder of life. You are beloved and blessed. You are growing and changing. You are always in our thoughts and best wishes. Life is for you to live and enjoy. Life is for you.

If In Your Heart You Are Open

Yes, you may look for the divine in church, mosque, temple, meeting house or synagogue, but you will only find it there if you are open to it in your heart. If you are open, you will find a place of worship that is agreeable to you, and it will be divine. If you are open, you will find your divine in a cathedral or a roadside shack, a tiny room, a vast forest or a quiet glen. If you are open, you will find the divine in the highest ceremony or the lowliest act. Choose what suits you, and the divine is there if in your heart you are open.

Grandmother

Your loved ones are available to you. When you feel your Grandmother with you, she is not merely a memory, not merely the ghost of the person you knew as your Grandmother, but a portion of that great soul of which your Grandmother was a beautiful expression. In other words, the soul of your Grandmother is eternal and boundless. That soul chose to send some energy into the experience of being your Grandmother, and once the physical expression was done, the soul maintained the ability to send that piece of energy to you in the form of dreams or visions or just a sense of the Grandmother's presence. And so, though you cannot hug your Grandmother, though you cannot sit down and have a nice long chat over tea and cakes, your Grandmother is still available to you whenever you want. Bless her and listen to her. She loves you.

Find Your Light

So many blessings. So many joys. So many things to appreciate. Why not just let go of your sadness? Why not? You can do it. You can focus on what's good, right in front of you. You might not feel happy right away, but that little bit less sad will start you on the road. You are surrounded and filled with love. You are a beautiful creature of god. Find your light and let it shine.

Look For the Good

Good things happen everyday. Good things are available to you. What you are looking for is what you will find. What you are seeking is right in front of you. Look for the good, the kind, the amusing, the life-affirming, the rewarding, the uplifting. Look for the grace of living that is always with you. Life is good.

Deep In Your Soul

Deep in your heart is the answer. Deep in your body is the information you need. Deep in your soul is all bliss and contentment. Deep in the earth is the power. Deep in the universe is the divine. Deep Deep Deep. Don't be afraid. Dive in and see what wonders are there for you.

There Is Nothing Wrong With You

Oh, my dear. You are so precious. You are such a blessing to the world. Please know that. Please see yourself as we see you. You are perfectly yourself. You are right where you are meant to be. There is nothing wrong with you. Everything you deem a problem is merely what's happening right now, merely how you choose to approach the current situation. Please relax. Relax. You are safe. You are beautiful and wise. You are deeply and truly loved. You are forgiven. You are free.

Just Shake It Off and Smile

You will run into negative people from time to time -- those who are always seeing what's wrong with the world. Please don't let them dampen your enthusiasm. Please remind yourself always of the love and compassion which are the predominant vibrations in the universe. Bless their sad hearts and move back into your natural calm cheerfulness. Listen for whatever you need to hear or learn from them and then turn your attention to something that pleases you. Don't argue or try to change their minds. Just shake it off and smile. All is well.

Relax Rejuvenate Rejoice

Going against the natural seasons and beginning your new year in the middle of winter was an odd choice. And it was those of you in winter who made that decision. Why not the natural new beginning of spring? Oh well, what's done is done. There must have been a good reason. Or a bad reason that seemed the best at the time. From whatever impulse it sprang, it is now the way of the world, so make the best of it. Of course, any day of the year is a perfect day for beginning again, for setting new goals, for making positive changes, for re-orienting the way you think about things, for releasing anxiety and resistance suffering. Today is just a good a day as any. If it works for you, do it! Things are moving and changing for more and more of you at this time in earth history. Relax. Rejuvenate. Rejoice.
